Benjamin J. Kaye, 30, 3 Paul St., Apt. 1, Brunswick, arrested Sept. 6 at 12:40 a.m. on Route 196, Topsham, charged with operating while intoxicated, violation of condition of release and operating beyond license restrictions.
David Lavigne, 47, 49 Cumberland St., Brunswick, arrested Sept. 5 at 7:37 p.m. at that address on a probation hold.
Curtis D. Snyder, 21, transient, of Brunswick, arrested Sept. 4 at 7:26 p.m. at 17 Federal St. on an outstanding theft warrant.
Moses Carl Shapiro, 27, 4 Gleed Drive, Brunswick, arrested Sept. 4 at 7:26 p.m. at 17 Federal St. on an outstanding theft warrant.
Terrence J. Brown, 28, 16 Maple St., Bath, arrested Sept. 2 at 12:37 p.m. at Federal Street on a warrant from stemming from unpaid fines. Unable to post bail, Brown was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland.
A male juvenile, 15, of Durham, was arrested Aug. 28 at 9:42 p.m. at Brunswick Police Department on an outstanding Freeport police warrant alleging failure to appear in court on a charge of criminal mischief.
Jason A. Gage, 38, 5 McLellan St., Brunswick, arrested Aug. 27 at 7:32 p.m. at Coles Tower, Highrise Row, Bowdoin College campus, on an outstanding warrant stemming from a previous charge of failing to appear in court.
Daniel J. Soto Sr., 50, 19 Market Lane, Apt. 1, Brunswick, arrested Aug. 27 at 7:25 p.m. on Noble Street on an outstanding warrant.
Jarod Joseph Donathan, 30, 29 Range Road, Apt. 2, Brunswick, arrested Aug. 27 at 7:05 p.m. on Union Street on a warrant for unpaid fines.
Antonio King Jr., 33, of 26 Jordan Ave., Brunswick, arrested Aug. 22 at 1 p.m. on Tibbetts Drive, charged with violating a protective order.

Arthur Pierce, 28, of 14 Walker Road, Woolwich, was issued a summons Sept. 11 at 12:55 p.m. at Lowe’s Home Improvement, 250 Bath Road, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking.
Tanya Landry, 40, of 238 West Side Road, Trevett, was issued a summons Sept. 9 at 2 p.m. on Durham Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspension.
Justin C. Dean, 31, of 26 Maggie Lane, Gray, was issued a summons Sept. 9 at 12:07 p.m. on Bath Road and Fitch Avenue and charged with marijuana possession.
Jacqueline Washburn, 24, of 1016 River Road, Brunswick, issued summons Sept. 8 at 10:42 p.m. on Mill Street and charged with operating with a suspended registration.
Julia Melman, 19, whose college residence is listed as Helmerich House, Brunswick, was issued a summons Sept. 8 at 9:38 p.m. at Maine and McKeen streets and charged with being a minor in possession of liquor.
Kourtney Sherwood, 28, of 9 Karen Lane, Brunswick, was issued a summons Sept. 8 at 6:29 p.m. on Bath Road and charged with operating with a suspended license.
