Independent gubernatorial candidate Eliot Cutler released his new bio video Tuesday to coincide with his campaign launch in Bangor and Portland (He also has a new website).  

The idea behind the three-minute video is pretty much the same as the one Democratic candidate Mike Michaud released earlier this month, doubling as reintroduction to voters and a branding opportunity. For Cutler that means lots of testimonials from Republicans and Democrats who have grown tired of partisanship and who are looking for "an independent" direction.
