It took Morse less than two minutes to score as a Miracle Trimble shot was bobbled by the keeper with Ruth Nadeau there to push the loose ball into the net.

Less than six minutes later, Nadeau returned the favor as she found Trimble alone in front of the goal.

The Shipbuilders had the territorial advantage throughout the half, outshooting MV 16-0.

Midway through the half, Lauren Pelletier dribbled down the left side and scored Morse’s final goal on a shot from outside the penalty area.

The second half was much like the first with Morse again controlling the pitch. MV was able to push a goal past Alesha Aucoin with 11 minutes remaining.

Morse (5-1) finished with a 25-3 shots advantage and plays again at home on Thursday against Leavitt.
