BRUNSWICK — Frontier Café in Fort Andross will host the annual Farm to Sea Auction, to benefit the Community Schools at Opportunity Farm in Camden, on Oct. 3.
The auction is 6 to 9:30 p.m.
Items up for bid include jewelry and artwork, Red Sox tickets, New York Giants Club seats, 200 gallons of heating oil, a Bayside Bowl party for 40, a private cocktail party, the chance to write a travel piece for Maine Magazine and trips to Nantucket, Islesboro, Sebago Lake, the French countryside and a six-day African Safari.
Proceeds will benefit the alternative high school, which serves teen parents and those at risk of not graduating. Opportunity Farm schools graduated 28 students in 2013 and currently serve more than 70 students throughout the state.
