WEST BATH — Cases of local interest closed in Sagadahoc County courts in July:

Kelsey Hawkes, 21, of Phippsburg, guilty of driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; guilty of failing to make an accident report, $250 fine; a charge of failing to stop, remain or provide information was dismissed, for an incident in Bath on Jan. 30; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, adjudicated, $300 fine; a charge of unlawful drug possession was dismissed, for an incident in Phippsburg on Jan. 31.

Nathaniel Hixon, 23, of Upton, Mass., guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on July 7.

Jeremiah Hogan, 23, of Wiscasset, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on March 28.

Brendan Keating, 22, of Brunswick, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, adjudicated, $500, for an incident in Freeport on May 9.

Paula Landry, guilty of operating without a license, $150 fine, for an incident on June 30.

Jacklen Leeman, 29, of Brunswick, guilty of motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the limit, $500 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on May 18.

Randy MacDougal, 50, of Lewiston, possession of marijuana, up to 1 / ounce, adjudicated, $500 fine; a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia was dismissed, for an incident in Bath on June 8.

Jason A. MacKenzie, 35, of Bath, guilty of criminal trespass, sentenced to five days in jail; guilty of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop; sentenced to five days in jail, for an incident in Bath on July 17.

John D. MacLeod, 65, of Yarmouth, a charge of operating under the influence was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on May 28.

Rebecca Marcos, 51, of Brunswick, charges of chickens not secured in a pen and keeping ducks were dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on May 23.

Jody J. Mills, 53, of Wiscasset, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to eight months in jail, all but 15 days suspended, stayed until Aug. 9, one year probation, license suspended three years and 275 days, $700 fine; guilty of endangering the welfare of a child, sentenced to 15 days in jail, stayed until Aug. 9; guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; a charge of operating a vehicle without a license was dismissed, for an incident in Richmond on July 27.

Tyler Jay Morin, 27, of Harpswell, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to 30 days in jail, license suspended 90 days, $500 fine; a charge of violating condition of release was dismissed; guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to 30 days in jail; guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to 30 days in jail, license suspended 90 days, $500 fine; guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, with priors, sentenced to 30 days in jail, $500 fine, on July 3, for incidences in Topsham.

Timothy I. Morrill, 57, of Richmond, guilty of operating without safety equipment, $100 fine, for an incident in Richmond on July 27.

Clancy W. Morton, 28, of Bath, guilty of violating condition of release, $250 fine, for an incident in Bath on June 5.

Moriah L. Paiement, 24, of Harpswell, guilty of theft, $500 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on May 16.

Thomas Lawrence Pastore, 49, of Bath, guilty of obstructing the report of a crime, sentenced to five months in jail, all suspended, one year probation; a charge of domestic violence assault was dismissed, for an incident in Bath on June 10.

Amanda Penatzer, 19, of West Bath, a charge of domestic violence assault was dismissed, for an incident in West Bath on Dec. 4, 2012.
