Dorothy L. Philbrick, 89, of Ross Road, passed away Monday, Oct. 14, 2013 at the St. Andre’s Healthcare Facility in Biddeford. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Dr. Burton Howe of the United Baptist Church will officiate. Arrangements are being handled by Dennett, Craig & Pate in Saco.
