Donald E. Frechette, 70, of Sanford, died on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013 at Goodall Hospital in Sanford. George Alfred Gilligan, 76, of Fort Hill Avenue, was promoted to glory on Oct. 21, 2013 at 4:45 a.m. at Maine Medical Center in Portland, surrounded by family. Burial will be private, amongst George’s family at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Barbara A. Herzig, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, died at 77 years to the day on Oct. 19, 2013, after a long period of declining health.
