A Bowdoinham man and a Richmond man are seeking seats on the Androscoggin Valley Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors.
Nomination petitions have been received from Edward Carter of Richmond and Benjamin Dearnley of Bowdoinham. The election involves a commitment of service for three years beginning Jan. 1, 2014.
To participate in the election, ballots can be downloaded from www.androscogginswcd. org, or have the ballot mailed by calling 753- 9400, ext 400. Ballots must be received no later than 4 p.m. Any registered voter and resident of Androscoggin and Sagadahoc counties may vote.
