WEST BATH — Cases of local interest closed in August in Sagadahoc County courts:
Andrews Roseman, 21, of Brunswick, two charges of operating under the influence were transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on June 15.
Shelly Sands, 32, of Brunswick, a charge of theft was dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on Dec. 11, 2012.
Andrew P. Scherzer, 30, of Bowdoinham, a charge of operating a vehicle after habitual offender revocation was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on June 11.
Michael Schmidt, 23, of Brunswick, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, adjudicated, $500 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, adjudicated, $300 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on June 15.
Matthew Schneider, 40, of Lisbon Falls, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; a charge of operating a vehicle after registration suspended was pled to another charge, for an incident in Topsham on March 18.
Dana Schulman, 42, of Richmond, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, $1,280 restitution; guilty of criminal mischief, $250 fine, for an incident in Richmond on January 7.
Shane A Sciongay, 29, of Dexter, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $150 fine, for an incident in Richmond on April 13.
Whitney Searles, 24, of Brunswick, two charges of operating under the influence were transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on June 1.
William W. Sheldon, 66, of Woolwich, guilty of violation of lobster crab fishing rule, $250 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on June 19.
Andrew J. Small, 37, of Bath, parole violation for a Dec. 10, 2012, charge of domestic violence stalking, with priors, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 26 months, probation revoked, for an incident in Bath.
Jerald Smith, 24, of Bath, guilty of operating a vehicle without a license, $150 fine, for an incident in Bath on May 4.
Paul S. Spaulding, 24, of Freeport, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to 72 hours in jail stayed until Oct. 18, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Bath on June 9.
Jacob L. Stanley, 22, of Brunswick, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, one prior, $500 fine; guilty of operating without a license, $150 fine, for an incident in Topsham on July 5.
Joshua J. Starks, 18, of Lewiston, guilty of unlawful use of a permit, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on June 21.
Randy Swisher, Jr., 30, of Bath, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine, for an incident in Bath on June 20.
