FREEPORT — Heather Marie Lefebvre, 45, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013, with her family by her side.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, Nov. 07, at 11 a.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church, Freeport. A small reception will follow afterwards.
