LISBON FALLS — The Mountain Valley Conference recently announced its athletic and academic All-stars for golf, field hockey, boys and girls soccer, and cross country.

In golf, Wiscasset’s Chandler Longfellow was selected to the MVC First Team, with teammates Grant Hefler and Daren Wood earning Second Team honors, and Matt Craig and Tom Anderson Honorable Mentions.

In field hockey, First Team honors went to Arianna Kahler and Hanna Jordan of Lisbon, with Allison Bubar, Olivia Harrington and Bailey Cutler picking up Second Team selections. Honorable Mention went to Jenn Smith and Sarah Craig.

JD Souza of Wiscasset and Dillon Clifford of Lisbon led the boys soccer selections with First Team honors, with Lisbon’s Kyle Whitman (Second Team), Zach Stevens (Honorable) and Jake Angelico (Honorable) selected, along with Wiscasset’s Mason Whitaker (Honorable) and Kevin Lynch (Honorable).

Wiscasset girls soccer players Briana Goud and Sarah Hanley picked up First Team selections, with teammate Hanna Foye on the Second Team. Lisbon’s Deliah Schrieber made the Second Team as well, while Greyhounds Paige Galligan and Shantal MacWhinnie were Honorable Mentions along with Wiscasset’s Kasey Cromwell and Miranda McIntire.

In cross country, Lisbon top runner Nicholas Harriman made the MVC First Team, while teammates Jordan Cole and Jeff Willey were Honorable Mentions. Also receiving Honorable Mentions were Wiscasset’s David Pearson and Ridge Barnes. Girls cross country honors went to Lisbon’s Bree Sautter (First Team), Kaylin Le (First Team), Caitlyn Bundy (Honorable) and Adrianna White (Honorable), along with Wiscasset’s Gabriel Ericson-Wenners (Honorable) and Amanda Marcus (Honorable).

Academic All-Stars for Lisbon are Jennifer Lynn- Clifford, Nichole Jones, Paige Galligan, Tabitha Porter, Tyler Bard, Dillon Clifford, Cutler and MacWhinnie, as well as Wolverines Logan Grover, David Marcus, Hanley, Goud and Michaela Trudeau.
