BRISTOL — Avril Jacqueline “Jackie” Wardell, 61, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, at Mercy Hospital in Portland. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, Hodge Street, Wiscasset. Arrangements are by Daigle Funeral Home, 819 High St., Bath.
