Titled “Having Fun! Activities For and With Your Loved One,” the talk will cover how to plan and communicate activities and outings to support successful outcomes. Additionally, Fitch will discuss how to create activities that draw upon the individual’s life story to invoke and create positive memories.

Fitch will co-facilitate a group discussion with Cindy Hughes, activities director for The Garden, Memory Care Living at Mid Coast Senior Health Center. The free support group is open to the public and meets the third Thursday of every month at the center, 58 Baribeau Drive.
