Evan S. Hench, 19, of Freeport, a charge of theft was dismissed, for an incident in Freeport on Aug. 18, 2012.

Adonis Hill, 66, of Durham, charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing the reporting of a crime were transfered to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on July 8.

Scott A. Hovey, 39, of Brunswick, guilty of violation of a protective order, $250 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on July 8.

Tina Howard, 50, of Franklin, parole violation on a July 30, 2008, burglary charge, sentenced to 24 months in jail; parole violation on two Aug. 4, 2008, burglary charges, sentenced to 24 months, probation revoked in both sentences, for an incident in Bath.

Mark Jacobs, 51, of Phippsburg, guilty of attaching false plates, $100 fine, for an incident in Topsham on July 25.

Bryan C. James, 20, of Bath, a minor possessing liquor, adjudicated, $200 fine, for an incident in Bath on July 20.

Deborah Jeffrey, 58, of Scottsdale, Ariz., guilty by default of operating or permitting the operation an unregistered motorboat, for an incident in Harpswell on July 23.

Erving Johnson, 24, of Lewiston, guilty of failure to provide correct name, address or date of birth, sentenced to four days in jail; guilty of trafficking in dangerous knives, $100 fine; guilty of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, using physical force, sentenced to four days in jail; not guilty of possessing a revoked, mutilated, fictitious or fraudulent license or ID, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 17.

Katie Lee Kaminkow, 23, of Cambridge, Mass., two charges of operating under the influence were transferred to Superior Court, for incidences in Brunswick on July 12.

Alex W. King, 21, of Richmond, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on July 15.

Caila M. King, 25, of Topsham, a charge of theft by lost, mislaid or misdelivered property was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on June 12.

Richard J. Kinghorn, 35, of Thomaston, guilty of domestic violence assault, sentenced to 90 days in jail; possession of marijuana, up

1to 1 / 2 ounce, adjudicated, $350 fine; charges of violating condition of release and sale and use of drug paraphernalia were pled to other charges for an incident in West Bath on June 4; guilty of domestic violence and reckless conduct, sentenced to three years in jail, all but 120 days suspended, and two years probation; guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to 10 days in jail; guilty of driving to endanger, sentenced to 20 days in jail, $575 fine, license suspended 90 days; charges of violating condition of release, theft, operating after habitual offender revocation, and failure to stop, remain or render aid, with personal injury, were pled to other charges, for an incident in West Bath on July 26; guilty of operating a vehicle after habitual-offender revocation, sentenced to 30 days in jail, $500 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on Sept. 4, 2012.

Frederick A. Kreidler, 32, of Phippsburg, guilty of operating under the influence, one prior, 10 days in jail, probation partially revoked for an incident in Bath on May 19, 2011.

Kim Kruger, 55, of Pompano Beach, Fla., a charge of operating without a license was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bath on July 12.

Nicholas A. Lane, 28, of Freeport, guilty of operating a vehicle without a license, $100 fine; possession of marijuana, 1up to 1 /2 ounce, adjudicated, $350 fine, for an incident in Richmond on July 16.

James Lewis, 21, of Brunswick, charges of violating condition of release and operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked were transfered to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on March 17.

James N. London, 51, of West Bath, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in West Bath on July 25.

Paul Lowe, 56, of West Bath, guilty of operating under the influence, one prior, 60 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, stayed until Sept. 18, $700 fine, one year probation, license suspended three years, for an incident in Bath on March 23.

Phoebe R. Macul Mendes, 27, of Topsham, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Bowdoin on July 9.

Christopher J. Mahoney, 39, of Bath, parole violation on an April 10, 2003, robbery charge, 40 days in jail, probation partially revoked, 250 hours of community service; guilty of domestic violence assault, sentenced to 40 days in jail, for an incident in Bath on June 18.

Gilbert Marco, 71, of Phippsburg, guilty of cultivating marijuana, $750 fine, for an incident in Phippsburg on July 17, 2012.

Tammy A. Massaline, 41, of Brunswick, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; the sale and use of drug paraphernalia, adjudicated, $300 fine; a charge of possession of marijuana, up to 11/2 ounce, was pled to another charge, for an incident in Topsham on July 22.

Douglas Matthews, 44, of Topsham, guilty of operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat, $200 fine, for an incident in Harpswell on Aug. 16.

Vendino T. Milliano, 34, of West Bath, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to three years in jail, all but six months suspended, two years probation; guilty of assault, sentenced to three years in jail, all but six months suspended, two years probation; a charge of aggravated assault was pled to another charge, for an incident in West Bath on Oct. 28, 2012.

Jeffrey B. Miller, 67, of Readfield, a charge of failing to stop or provide information was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on July 1.

Matthew A. Miller, 22, of Augusta, guilty of possession of marijuana, up to 11/2 ounce, $350 fine, for an incident in Perkins Township on July 27.

Jasheen Ameer Moody, 32, of Auburn, parole violation on a Nov. 14, 2010 aggravated assault charge, eight days in jail, probation partially revoked, for an incident in Bowdoin.

Melissa Moody, 40, of Bowdoin, guilty of operating without a license, $150 fine, for an incident in Bowdoinham on July 29.

John Moore, 32, of Harpswell, a charge of operating or permitting the operation of a unregistered motorboat, $200 fine, was paid by waiver, for an incident in West Bath on July 11.

Clancy W. Morton, 28, of Bath, guilty of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $400 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 11/2 ounce, $350 fine, adjudicated, for an incident in Bath on April 25; guilty of disorderly conduct, seven days in jail, stayed until Sept. 9, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to seven days in jail, stayed until Sept. 9, for an incident in Bath on June 24.

Vincent Nadolny, 45, of Brunswick, charges of domestic violence assault, criminal restraint, obstructing the reporting of a crime and domestic violence criminal threatening were transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on Aug. 1.

Eric T. Napoleon, 20, of Bowdoin, guilty of theft, sentenced to two years in jail, all but 30 days suspended, stayed until Sept.10, three years probation, $5,012 restitution; a charge of burglary was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bowdoin on Nov. 30, 2012.

Matthew W. Needham, 49, of Lisbon Falls, guilty of operating under the influence, 72 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 18, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Topsham on June 15.

Eric Odencrantz, 42, of Bowdoin, guilty of domestic violence assault, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, stayed until Sept. 4, one year probation, for an incident in Topsham on May 9, 2012.

Amber E. Owen, 28, of Topsham, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days; and operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on July 27.

Gary Page, 35, of Georgetown, violation of a municipal shellfish ordinance, $300 fine, adjudicated, for an incident in Georgetown on Aug. 8.

Arthur S. Pierce, 28, of Woolwich, a charge of unlawful drug possession was dismissed, for an incident in Freeport on May 5.

Joseph A. Reeve, 26, of Bath, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, adjudicated; possession of marijuana, up to 11 /2 ounce, $500 fine, adjudicated; a charge of cultivating marijuana, was pled to another charge for an incident in Bath on April 25.
