Evan S. Hench, 19, of Freeport, a charge of theft was dismissed, for an incident in Freeport on Aug. 18, 2012.

Adonis Hill, 66, of Durham, charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing the reporting of a crime were transfered to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on July 8.

Scott A. Hovey, 39, of Brunswick, guilty of violation of a protective order, $250 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on July 8.

Tina Howard, 50, of Franklin, parole violation on a July 30, 2008, burglary charge, sentenced to 24 months in jail; parole violation on two Aug. 4, 2008, burglary charges, sentenced to 24 months, probation revoked in both sentences, for an incident in Bath.

Mark Jacobs, 51, of Phippsburg, guilty of attaching false plates, $100 fine, for an incident in Topsham on July 25.

Bryan C. James, 20, of Bath, a minor possessing liquor, adjudicated, $200 fine, for an incident in Bath on July 20.

Deborah Jeffrey, 58, of Scottsdale, Ariz., guilty by default of operating or permitting the operation an unregistered motorboat, for an incident in Harpswell on July 23.

Erving Johnson, 24, of Lewiston, guilty of failure to provide correct name, address or date of birth, sentenced to four days in jail; guilty of trafficking in dangerous knives, $100 fine; guilty of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, using physical force, sentenced to four days in jail; not guilty of possessing a revoked, mutilated, fictitious or fraudulent license or ID, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 17.

Katie Lee Kaminkow, 23, of Cambridge, Mass., two charges of operating under the influence were transferred to Superior Court, for incidences in Brunswick on July 12.

Alex W. King, 21, of Richmond, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on July 15.

Caila M. King, 25, of Topsham, a charge of theft by lost, mislaid or misdelivered property was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on June 12.

Richard J. Kinghorn, 35, of Thomaston, guilty of domestic violence assault, sentenced to 90 days in jail; possession of marijuana, up

Kim Kruger, 55, of Pompano Beach, Fla., a charge of operating without a license was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bath on July 12.

Nicholas A. Lane, 28, of Freeport, guilty of operating a vehicle without a license, $100 fine; possession of marijuana, 1up to 1 /2 ounce, adjudicated, $350 fine, for an incident in Richmond on July 16.

James Lewis, 21, of Brunswick, charges of violating condition of release and operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked were transfered to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on March 17.

Paul Lowe, 56, of West Bath, guilty of operating under the influence, one prior, 60 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, stayed until Sept. 18, $700 fine, one year probation, license suspended three years, for an incident in Bath on March 23.

Morton, 28, of Bath, guilty of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $400 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 11/2 ounce, $350 fine, adjudicated, for an incident in Bath on April 25; guilty of disorderly conduct, seven days in jail, stayed until Sept. 9, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to seven days in jail, stayed until Sept. 9, for an incident in Bath on June 24.

Gary Page, 35, of Georgetown, violation of a municipal shellfish ordinance, $300 fine, adjudicated, for an incident in Georgetown on Aug. 8.

Arthur S. Pierce, 28, of Woolwich, a charge of unlawful drug possession was dismissed, for an incident in Freeport on May 5.

Joseph A. Reeve, 26, of Bath, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, adjudicated; possession of marijuana, up to 11 /2 ounce, $500 fine, adjudicated; a charge of cultivating marijuana, was pled to another charge for an incident in Bath on April 25.
