WINNEGANCE GENERAL STORE in Bath inched a little closer to its new life on Friday, when the building was positioned over its new foundation. The building still needs significant work before it can be lowered onto the foundation due to rot on the southern side of the building. It is expected that the building could be lowered onto the foundation next week or the week after.
