Cases of local interest closed in Sagadahoc County courts in September:

Tyler H. Roberts, 19, of Bowdoinham, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, adjudicated, for an incident in Topsham on July 28.

William Sanford, 28, of West Bath, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to seven days in jail, for an incident in Bath on August 22; guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to 14 days in jail, for an incident in West Bath on Sept. 12.

Brooke L. Siprell, 23, of Lewiston, a charge of operating a vehicle after habitual offender revocation was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Freeport on Oct. 6, 2012.

Andrew J. Small, 37, of Bath, guilty of operating under the influence, one prior, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but 15 days suspended, $700 fine, one year probation, license suspended one year, 275 days; charges of violating condition of release and endangering the welfare of a child were pled to other charges, for an incident in Bath on July 19.

Desiree Tarquinio, 32, of Bath, guilty of disorderly conduct, loud noise in a private place, $150 fine; a charge of furnishing liquor to a minor was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bath on Nov. 12, 2012.
