DOVER, N.H. — A 23-year-old Dover woman is facing a drunken driving charge after authorities say she crashed her SUV into a toll booth.
State police say Amanda Graves lost control of her 2012 Kia Soul Tuesday night and hit a concrete barrier at the toll plaza on Route 16 northbound in Dover. The vehicle rolled over and came to rest on its roof in an E-ZPass lane.
Graves was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No other injuries were reported.
The crash caused extensive damage to an unmanned toll booth.
State police say speed and alcohol appear to be factors.
Graves has been charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor.
