PORTLAND (AP) — Maine State Police say they have charged three people with marijuana trafficking after police say they seized a large amount of pot and psychedelic mushrooms and $33,000 in cash.
Authorities say they suspected the two men were driving to Portland from Massachusetts to buy drugs. Police say authorities later searched the vehicle and seized over six pounds of marijuana, two large bags of mushrooms and $33,000 in cash.
Police say 31-year-old Jessie Fredrickson of Portland, 21-year-old Sean Bailey of Gardner, Mass., and 20- year-old Brandon Livingston of Templeton, Mass., have been charged with marijuana trafficking.
