BATH — Hyde’s School indoor track program competed Wednesday in its first meet of the season against Phillips-Andover, Governors Academy and Wilbraham- Monson at Andover.
Wilbraham boys won with 72 points, followed by Phillips Andover (60), Governors Academy (17) and Hyde (4).
Julia Jackson placed third in the 300-yard dash (44.64). WangXi Wang placed fourth in the 1,000 (3:38.72) and fifth in the mile (6:26.5).
Also, Sebastian Knoefel was fourth in the 50 (6.58) and Alex Greenberg fifth in the 1,000 run (2:50.32) and fifth in the mile (5:07.2).
The Governors Academy girls won with 69 points, followed Phillips Andover (56), Wilbraham (25) and Hyde (6).
Hyde’s next meet is Jan. 3 at USM in Gorham, with a 6:30 p.m. start.
