Benjamin D. Labbey, 22, of Topsham, guilty of unlawful use of a permit, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Aug. 22.
Zachary Lambert, 21, of Bath, possession of marijuana, up to 1 / ounce, adjudicated, $420 fine; a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bath on Sept. 1.
Stacy B. Laughton, 38, of Portland, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Bath on June 22.
Timothy Lewis, 36, of Bath, guilty of two charges of violating condition of release, sentenced to 15 days in jail, for an incident in Bath on Aug. 11; a charge of violating condition of release was pled to anther charge, for an incident in Wiscasset on Sept. 24.

Anthony A. Linkovich, 33, of Topsham, guilty by default of sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, for an incident in Bath on Aug. 14.
Jason Mackenzie, 35, of Bath, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, adjudicated, $100 fine, for an incident in Bath on Aug. 23.
Joseph Marco, 44, of Bath, parole violation, for criminal threatening and terrorizing charges on May 3, 2009, sentenced to eight months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued, for an incident in Phippsburg.
Peter Marriner, 21, of Topsham, guilty of attaching false plates, $100 fine, for an incident on Oct. 1.
Parker Matheson, 19, of Freeport, guilty by default of sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; guilty by default of possession of marijuana up to 1 / ounce, $350 fine, for an incident in Freeport on July 31.
Ryan A. McDougall, 28, of Brunswick, possession of marijuana, up to 1 / ounce, adjudicated, $350 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Aug. 16.
Logan McGuire, 18, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $150 fine, for an incident in Bowdoin on Aug. 23.
Katelyn A. McLaughlin, 19, of Topsham, guilty of operating without a license, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Aug. 22.

Janine C. Monroe, 44, of Harpswell, guilty of operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, stayed until May 1, 2014, one year probation, license suspended three years; two charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug were pled to other charges, for an incident in West Bath on July 4.
Stephanie Moore, 20, of West Bath, guilty of a minor consuming liquor, $200 fine, for an incident in Bath on Aug. 21.
Frank Morgan, 48, of Bath, guilty of two charges of possession of sexually explicit material of a minor under the age of 12, sentenced to four months in jail, stayed until Oct. 23, two years probation; three charges of possession of sexually explicit material on May 27, June 20 and July 11, 2011, one additional charge of possession of sexually explicit material of a minor under the age of 12 on Oct. 12, 2011, and six charges of dissemination of sexually explicit material on Oct. 12, 2011, were pled to other charges, for incidents in Bath.
Tiffany R. Morin, 25, of Harpswell, guilty of unlawful drug trafficking, sentenced to 21 months in jail for an incident in Topsham on Jan. 18, 2012.
Christopher Michael Morse, 20, of Bath, guilty of theft, $300 fine, 48 hours in jail stayed until Oct. 13, $105 restitution for an incident in Bath on July 2.
Brady Murray, 18, of Topsham, a minor possessing liquor, adjudicated, $200 fine, for an incident in Bowdoin on Aug. 31.
Brandon Murray, 18, of Harpswell, minor consuming liquor, offense committed, $200 fine, for an incident in Bath on Aug. 15.
Michael R. Nadeau, 30, of Lewiston, guilty of theft, $300 fine, $300 suspended, for an incident in Topsham on Dec. 6, 2011.
Eric T. Napoleon, 20, of Bowdoin, guilty of attaching false plates, $250 fine; guilty of violating condition of release, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Aug. 14.
Chelsea A. O’Brien, 23, of Freeport, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, for an incident in Freeport on Aug. 1.
Tyler James O’Donnell, 24, of Standish, parole violation on a Sept. 6, 2011 charge of burglary in Topsham, sentenced to 95 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Michael Pajak, 18, of Woolwich, a charge of driving to endanger was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident on Freeport on Aug. 18.

Mark Smith, 39, of Topsham, violation of condition of release, sentenced to 20 days in jail, stayed until Oct. 11; guilty of theft by receiving stolen property, five years in jail, all but 20 days suspended, stayed until Oct. 11, two years probation, $2,300 restitution; and criminal simulation, sentenced to 20 days in jail, stayed until Oct. 11, 2013; three charges of theft by receiving stolen property and one charge of criminal simulation were pled to other charges, for an incident in Topsham on Sept. 11, 2012.
Liam Stenberg, 24, of Lisbon, guilty of driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; guilty of unlawful drug possession, $400 fine, sentenced to 21 days stayed until Oct. 14; and operating under the influence, $10 fine, $10 suspended; charges of attaching false plates and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug were pled to other charges, for an incident in Topsham on Nov. 27, 2011.

Nicholas l. Blake, 28, of South Paris, guilty of violating condition of release, two days in jail stayed until Nov. 18; a charge of unlawful drug possession was pled to another charge, for an incident in Topsham on May 19.
