Maine native Jay Piscopo, the author and illustrator of “The Undersea Adventures of Capt’n Eli” graphic novel series, will head a “Draw on Your Creativity” workshop, inviting youth to try their hand at cartoon art. Using simple geometric shapes, Jay teaches how to build anatomy and perspective to create art to tell a story.
