Eventually, Mr. and Mrs. Bisson began to make tourtière (French Pork Pie) to sell at the store, which is still made by the family today, as well as other meat pies.

Lorraine had a generous nature and never complained. Her passions in life were her husband Paul, who was the love of her life and her family. She also loved her flower gardens, knitting, crocheting and sewing. She made two of her daughters’ wedding dresses.
