Austin Joseph Beaulieu, 17, passed away on Dec. 27, 2013, as a result of a severe asthma condition. Arthur J. Waters, 81, of Shrewsbury, Mass., died Friday, Dec. 20, 2013 at St. Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Worcester, Mass., after a brief illness.
