BIDDEFORD — Democrat Bill King will announce his candidacy for York County Sheriff Saturday at a “meet the candidate” event at the York County Veteran’s Alliance, 24 Bradbury St.
Doors open at 4 p.m., and King is scheduled to announce at 5:45 p.m.
King, South Berwick Police Chief Dana Lajoie and former sheriff’s deputy Paul Main are all vying for the Democratic nomination in the June 10 primary.
