On Tuesday, the Biddeford City Council presented resident Paul Therrien with a plaque in recognition of his many years of service on the city’s Solid
Waste Management Commission. Therrien recently resigned from the commission, on which he served for 24 years. He was chairman of the commission for more than two decades.
