Westbrook police, assisted by a deputy from the U.S. Marshals Service, arrested a local man Friday morning who was wanted on a warrant for domestic violence charges from an incident earlier this month. Officers with guns drawn took William J. Wilcox, 44, of Westbrook, into custody without any resistance at Holly’s Super Gas at the corner of Main and Lamb streets around 9:35 a.m. Wilcox faces charges of domestic violence terrorizing and criminal mischief.
