Two new advertising account managers have joined the Tri-Town Weekly staff.
Amy Davis, who has worked locally in business with her husband at Brett Davis Real Estate in Freeport, will be the lead advertising account manager for the communities of Freeport, Durham, Pownal and Yarmouth.
“We are really excited to have Amy joining us,” said publisher Lee Hews. “She will be a big asset to our team, and to the business community.”
Davis has lived in Pownal for the past four years, and brings a solid background in building business relationships after working for many years in the human resource and banking fields.
John Bourassa, who lives in Freeport, will represent the Tri-Town Weekly in the Bath, Brunswick and Topsham areas.
He spent 10 years in real estate with Keller Williams, and was also the founder of the Bradbury Mountain Arts group. He also is very active in the community.
“John has a wide range of knowledge about our surrounding communities, and will help guide the growth of businesses in the area through opportunities in the Tri-Town Weekly,” said Hews.
The newspaper, said Hews, “has been very well received in the communities and is extremely popular with the area businesses because it is mailed to all residents in Freeport, Durham and Pownal. Amy and John will be excellent additions to our team.”
Both will begin their duties March 10.
