Commemorating the birthday of Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known as the author and illustrator Dr. Seuss, children and their parents were entertained with some of his classics last Saturday, March 2, at South Portland Public Library. Seuss was born March 2, 1904, and died in 1991 after publishing 46 children’s books.
