BIDDEFORD — Charlie and Judy Fogg of Biddeford announce the engagement of their son, Charles Adam Fogg, to Elizabeth Marie Vincent, daughter of Steve and Carmen Vincent of Newport, Vt.
Elizabeth graduated from the University of New England with a master’s degree in occupational therapy. She is employed as an occupational therapist with Gentiva Home Health Services.
Charles graduated from the University of Maine in Orono with a bachelor’s degree in food science and human nutrition, with a concentration in biochemistry. He is employed with MMG as a field recruitment manager for pharmaceutical research.
An October 2014 wedding is planned in Vermont.
