NEW HIRES

• Sarah Raeder joined Maine Coast Kitchen Design on Commercial Street in Portland as a designer. Raeder, who earned a degree in interior design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, has eight years of experience designing kitchens and baths across New England.

• Brooks Roberts was named executive chef at the Spruce Point Inn, an 85-room resort in Boothbay Harbor.

He responsible for managing the resort’s three restaurants: 88, Bogie’s and Deck, as well as the banquet service.

Roberts brings more than 12 years of management experience in the culinary field, most recently serving as executive chef for the Edgewater Inn in Kennebunkport.

• Patrick LaVoie was hired as a sales manager at Norton Insurance Financial.

LaVoie brings more than 25 years of experience as president of the Dunlap Agency. Most recently, he held the position of regional president at One Beacon Insurance.

• Walter Wunderlich was named director of human resources and compliance at Anania & Associates Investment Co. Previously, Wunderlich was chief operating officer of Lighthouse Imaging LLC, a portfolio company of Anania & Associates Investment Co.

• Gary Dudman has joined TrakTec LLC as senior sales manager. Most recently, he was a sales manager at Resource Management Inc. in Holderness, N.H.

• Lee Rossignol joined the Varney Agency as director of sales. He brings 26 years of experience in sales with 13 years of sales team management. Rossignol most recently served as national sales director of Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, where he led a team of five district managers and 40 sales representatives.
