SACO — Adam Caesar and Raichel Brown of Saco were married in a candlelight ceremony, surrounded by their families, on Christmas Eve 2013.
Raichel is the daughter of the late Lisa Young of Massachusetts. Adam is the son of Lee M. Caesar of Topsham and the late Lee E. Caesar.
