An alleged domestic assault has led to the arrest of a Brunswick woman. Amber Timko, 23, has been charged with domestic violence assault.
Police received a complaint about a domestic disturbance at a Federal Street residence at 5:48 p.m. on April 28.
A police investigation revealed that Timko allegedly assaulted a 21-year-old male victim, according to Deputy Police Chief Marc Hagan.
Timko “allegedly struck him several times in the head with her fists,” said Hagan. Timko also bit the male on the chest, Hagan said.
She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail. She is scheduled to appear May 20 at West Bath District Court.
