The Arundel Yacht Club in Kennebunkport is now accepting registrations for its Junior Sailing program, which has been offered since 1957.
Classes for children aged 7-16 will be offered in two-week sessions starting June 30, July 14, July 28 and Aug. 11. Instruction takes place at the Arundel Yacht Club on Ocean Avenue, in the Kennebunk River basin, and in the ocean just off of Gooch’s Beach. Instructors are certified by the U.S. Sailing organization. Four levels of instruction are offered and beginners to advanced sailors are welcome. There is no need to join the club to participate in the program.
Families registering before June 1 will receive discounts.
