SANFORD — Alicia M. (Thompson) Phillips was surrounded by her family when she died of a brain hemorrhage on Sept. 26, 2013.
Her siblings, children, grandchildren, family and friends will miss her dearly.
We will have a memorial celebration to scatter her ashes.
