Arrests

5/18 at 4:15 p.m. Sean Owen, 29, of Court Street, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on Court Street on a charge of theft, and issued a summons on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

5/22 at 4:15 p.m. James Badger, 26, of Page Street, Brunswick, was arrested by Cpl. Jason Aucoin on U.S. Route 1 on charges of aggravated reckless conduct, operating under the influence, operating with a suspended or revoked license and eluding an officer. Badger was also issued a summons on a charge of unlawful possession of Schedule Z drugs.

5/26 at 3:30 a.m. Brandan Gilliam, 23, of Campbell Pond Road, West Bath, was arrested by Officer Mike Lever on Whiskeag Road on charges of violation of conditions of release and violation of a protection from harassment order.

5/19 A 13-year-old girl was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel at Bath Middle School on a charge of possession of marijuana.

5/21 Cory Parks, 25, of Middle Street, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Steele on Chandler Drive on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

5/21 Amelia Thibault, 26, of Doughty Road, Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Officer Mike Lever on Drayton Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

5/23 George Moody, 51, of Brunswick Road, Richmond, was issued a summons by Cpl. Michelle Small on Congress Avenue on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
