n Denae Barton and Samuel Baldwin joined Verrill Dana as summer associates.

Barton will begin her third year at Boston University School of Law this fall. She received her undergraduate degree from Smith College.

Baldwin begins his third year at the University of Maine School of Law this fall. He earned his undergraduate degree from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University.

n William Davisson joined Town & Shore Associates as a principal and owner in its Portland office.

Davisson has more than 12 years of experience representing owners and family offices for residential, land and estate properties in Greater Portland.

n Cheryl Clark Nadell was named an administrator at Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation.

Nadell, of Brunswick, brings 30 years of management and leadership to her role as administrator. She has experience as a physician practice manager and health center manager for two nonprofit organizations.

n Todd Abrams joined Androscoggin Bank as a senior vice president and director of its trust and wealth management group.

Abrams comes from CNB Bank in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, where he served as senior vice president and managing director of its wealth management group.

n Laura Martel of Cape Neddick joined Efficiency Maine as a research and data analyst.

Most recently, she served as a market segment chief engineer for Lockheed Martin’s Aviation Anti-Submarine Warfare Programs.

n Benjamin Smith joined Skelton Taintor & Abbott as a staff attorney.

Smith was previously an attorney at the Maine Public Utilities Commission, where he advised the commission on utility and energy matters and also served as a hearing examiner in adjudicatory and non-adjudicatory proceedings.

PROMOTIONS

n S.W. Cole Engineering Inc. promoted several people on its staff.

Robert Chaput Jr., PE, was named the firm’s new president and chief executive officer. Chaput, of Winthrop, is a senior geotechnical engineer with the firm and manager of the Augusta office. He has worked for S.W. Cole for over 20 years and serves as chairman of its board of directors.

Chad Michaud, PE, was named chief executive officer and executive vice president. A 15-year veteran of the firm, Michaud manages the Somersworth, New Hampshire office and is a senior geotechnical engineer with the firm.

Paul Kohler, PE, is now the senior vice president. He is an active member of the board of directors, and a senior geotechnical engineer and project manager with the firm. Paul is also manager of the firm’s Gray office.

Roger Domingo was promoted to vice president of construction services. He joined the firm in 1992 and is a member of the board of directors. He is the construction services manager for the Gray office and has 25 years of experience in construction materials testing.

Timothy Boyce was named vice president of engineering and named to the board of directors. He joined the firm in 1999 and is a business developer, and a commander with U.S. Navy Reserves’ Civil Engineer Corps.

Gary Bucklin, CG, PG, was promoted to vice president of geoscience services. He joined the firm in 1990 and most recently worked as director of GeoEnvironmental Services. He is also a senior geologist with the firm.

n Steven Stout was promoted to store manager at TD Bank’s location on Main Street in Gorham.

Stout, of Auburn, has six years of experience in banking, lending and insurance. He joined TD Bank in 2010 as a financial service representative before his recent position as assistant store manager in Windham.

n Jennifer Lodewyckx was also promoted to senior vice president, head of product implementation, risk and analytics in TD Bank’s retail money department in Falmouth.

Lodewyckx has 13 years of banking experience, all with TD Bank. Most recently, she served as vice president, technology manager, supporting business banking.
