Negotiators agree on N.H. hospital settlement bill

CONCORD, N.H. — House and Senate negotiators agreed Friday on legislation needed to implement a settlement with almost all New Hampshire’s hospitals over Medicaid rates and a tax on hospital revenues deemed unconstitutional.
