BIDDEFORD — Aline D. DeMers, 76, of Biddeford, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013 in Fall River, Mass.
The only child of Roger and Yvonne Barra, she was born in Biddeford on July 30, 1937.
She was raised in Biddeford and attended schools in both Berwick and Biddeford.
She married Eddie R. DeMers from Stark, N.H. on Sept. 17, 1955. They lived in Lincoln, N.H. and Biddeford and had two sons.
She was a devout Catholic and pianist. She often volunteered her time and piano playing to local productions and church.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, who died Jan 25, 1995.
She is survived by: her two sons, Mark DeMers and his wife Barbara of Eustis, Fla. and Russell DeMers and his wife Trisha of Waldoboro; four grandchildren, Joshua, Nathan, Kassy and Keyara; and two great-grandchildren.
A Catholic Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 17 in Ste. Anne’s Chapel at St. Joseph’s Church in Biddeford. Burial will directly follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Biddeford.
