CORNISH — Juliette M. Dubois, 77, of Cornish, died Saturday, June 21, 2014 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland after a long illness.

She was born in Eagle Lake on Jan. 25, 1937, the daughter of Joseph and Ida Simard Plourde.

She was educated in Aroostook County and Biddeford schools.

On March 19, 1966, she married Donald J. Dubois in St. Martha’s Church in Kennebunkport.

Mrs. Dubois enjoyed being a homemaker. She also enjoyed writing her memoirs and the story of her life. She loved collecting angels and bears. She enjoyed cooking, taking care of animals and her beautiful gardens. She cherished her children and grandchildren.

Surviving are: her husband of 48 years of Cornish; her children, George D. Dubois and his wife Brenda of Cornish, Patrick J. Dubois and his wife Tui of Biddeford and Monique I. Miller and her husband David of Sanford; her sisters, Marguerite Parker of Buxton and Laurelle Parent of Brookville, Fla.; her grandchildren, Bryan, Renee, Dylan, Ashleigh, Atom and Joseph; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visiting hours. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at St. Joseph Church of the Good Shepherd Parish in Biddeford.
