Arrests

Channing F. Perry, 31, of Brunswick was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at 11:37 p.m. July 1 at the intersection of Maine Street and Pleasant Hill Road on a warrant out of the Sagadahoc County Sheriff ’s office for unpaid fines, stemming from a charge of operating under the influence.

Kyle N. Ouellet, 25, of Topsham was arrested on a warrant after police responded to a loud noise complaint outside of a Perryman Drive residence at 12:05 a.m. July 3. The warrant was for unpaid fines out of Cumberland County Superior Court, stemming from a domestic violence assault case, according to police.

James M. Rollins, 28, of Brunswick was arrested at 3:09 p.m. July 4 on Union Street on a warrant, after police responded to a report of trespassing.

Tarl Baily, 41, of Brunswick was arrested at 1:13 p.m. July 5 at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Summonses

Shannon L. Pinette, 34, of Brunswick was summonsed at 2:15 p.m. July 2 at Hannaford on Elm Street for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Dean A. Ouellette, 40, of Brunswick was summonsed at 1:23 p.m. July 3 for selling shellfish with a recreational license.

Andrew Moskevitz 26, of Bath, was summonsed at 11:40 a.m. July 5 on Mill Street for driving to endanger. Police said they saw Moskevtiz honking and hollering at traffic ahead that was yielding at the intersection, before swerving around other vehicles and driving over a traffic island.

Cari Johnson, 30, of Brunswick was summonsed after police responded to a trespassing complaint at 5 p.m. July 6 at Parkview Circle for harassment and criminal trespass.
