
She was born in Bath, Aug. 18, 1940, the daughter of Dr. James Kenneth and Christine Dowe Coffin. She graduated from Brunswick High School, class of 1958, and Katherine Gibbs in Boston in 1960.
She married Philip A. Dionne in Brunswick on May 25, 1963. Mrs. Dionne was employed as an executive secretary at MITRE in Lexington, MA, from 1960 to 1963.
She was the owner of Dionne’s Antiques for 35 years, currently at 184 Pleasant St.
She was a member of First Parish Church.
She was predeceased by a brother, David K. Coffin.
Mrs. Dionne is survived by her husband of Brunswick; two daughters, Stephanie Ann Dionne Lucas and her husband Kevin, and Susan Elizabeth Hartnett and her husband Paul, all of Brunswick; a sister, Brenda L. McLean of Topsham, and two granddaughters, Kayla Elizabeth Lucas and Katherine Ann Hartnett, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at Brackett Funeral Home, 29 Federal St., Brunswick. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. For those unable to attend, condolences to the family may be expressed and a “Tribute” of her life viewed at www.brackettfuneralhome.com.
