Peter R. Adams, 62, of Portland was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at 10:55 p.m. July 11 on Route 1 southbound and charged with operating under the influence.
Michael Theriault, of Waterville was arrested after a traffic stop at 11:54 p.m. July 11 on Route 1 near Cook’s Corner on a warrant out of Penobscot County for unpaid fines.
Nicholas R. Gilpin, 27, of Brunswick was arrested at 11:07 p.m. July 12 on Church Road and charged with operating under the influence and motor vehicle speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the limit.
Summonses
Debra Maly Lully, 32, of Brunswick was summonsed at 7:06 p.m. July 11 at Pass Properties LLC on Dunning Street and charged with criminal trespass.
Stephen Earl Sherburne, 27, of Brunswick was summonsed at 9:59 p.m. July 12 at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Matthew J. Veilleux, 26, of Brunswick was summonsed after a motor vehicle stop at 11:40 p.m. July 12 on Maine Street for possession of marijuana.
