8/9 at 7:32 a.m. Nicholas Lewis, 35, of Tuttle Road, Pownal, was arrested on Murch Road by Officer Thomas Gabbard on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

8/9 at 3:49 p.m. Timothy Whittaker, 37, of Buzzell Hill Road, Weare, New Hampshire, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

8/6 at 5:35 a.m. Lincoln Davis, 29, of Winslows Mills Road, Waldoboro, was issued a summons on Main Street and Holbrook Street by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of operating with a suspended registration and failing to maintain vehicle insurance.
