Arrests
Paula Norton, 38, of Brunswick was arrested at 10:41 a.m. Aug. 18 at the intersection of McKeen and Spring streets on a warrant out of Sagadahoc County for failing to appear in court.
Archie F. Lully, 61, of Brunswick was charged at 6:10 p.m. Aug. 18 at Pass Properties on Dunning Street with violating conditions of his release.
Shannon L. Colson, 44, of Brunswick was arrested at 9:18 p.m. Aug. 19 at the Brunswick Police Station on a warrant under the town ordinance charging making a false public report, after allegedly pulling a number of fire alarms earlier this summer, according to police.
Robert Alan Smith, 45, of Brunswick was charged at 12:59 a.m. Aug. 20 on Meredith Drive with operating under the influence, domestic violence terrorizing and criminal mischief after police responded to a domestic disturbance. According to police, Smith allegedly driven while intoxicated over to a woman’s house, in which he broke into by kicking down a door, before threatening her. He was released on bail.
Jacob L. Levasseur, 18, of Harpswell was arrested at 10:28 p.m. Aug. 21 at the town commons on Harpswell Road on warrants after police responded to a report of suspicious activity. Police said Levasseur was wanted out of Freeport for failing to appear in court to answer a charged of operating with a suspended license. Police said he was also wanted on a warrant out of Topsham for failing to make an accident report.
Ann L. Buckley, 69, of Brunswick was charged at 3:08 p.m. Aug. 22 at the Taco Bell parking lot on Gurnet Road for operating under the influence after police responded to a motor vehicle collision. Police said they had earlier received a complaint that a driver in the area was operating erratically, before Buckley’s vehicle bumped another at the Taco Bell parking lot. No injuries were reported.
Sarah Elizabeth Perreault, 19, of Brunswick was charged at 12:27 a.m. Aug. 24 on Bath Road near Five County Credit Union with operating under the influence of drugs and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
Summonses
Two Brunswick men who live on Federal Street were summonsed after police responded to complaints of a disturbance Aug. 19. William S. Guillette, 56, was charged at 12:44 p.m. with assault after allegedly punching Dana C. Sherman, 47. After investigation, Sherman was later charged with terrorizing for allegedly making threats to Guillette. Police said the two men have been feuding.
Michael Alex Brewer, 26, of Bath was charged at 11:23 p.m. Aug. 20 on Route 1 northbound by Cook’s Corner for operating with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop.
Raymond Seavy, 48, of Bath was charged at 1:56 a.m. Aug. 22 on Route 1 northbound by Cook’s Corner for attaching false plates after a motor vehicle stop.
Channing F. Perry, 31, of Brunswick was charged at 1:24 p.m. Aug. 22 at Maquoit Road for allowing a dog to run at large.
Mary Frances Pinedo, 22, of Middleboro, Mass. was charged at 10:02 p.m. Aug. 22 with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a useable amount of marijuana after a traffic stop on Route 1
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged at 1:46 a.m. Aug. 25 at the intersection of Pleasant and Cushing streets for attaching false plates after a motor vehicle stop.
