Arrests
Donald Edward Riley, 30, of Calais, was charged at 10:20 p.m. Aug. 27 at Tedford Shelter on Cumberland Street for trying to pass off another person’s license or identification as his own and violating the conditions of his release, after police responded to a reported suspicious activity. Riley had also been wanted on a warrant out of Washington County Superior Court for burglary.
Owen Elton Young, 37, of Lee, Fla., was charged at 12:57 a.m. Aug. 29 northbound on Route 1 near Cook’s Corner with operating under the influence after a motor vehicle stop.
Bryan D. Wilson, 22, of Brunswick, was charged at 3:17 a.m. Aug. 29 after he was transfered to Parkview Adventist Medical Center. According to police, Wilson became unruly at the hospital and refused to leave, and he was charged with disorderly conduct—loud unreasonable noise, and with refusing to submit to arrest.
Melissa Jean Hart, 45, of Bath, was charged at 1:58 a.m. Aug. 30 on Route 1 southbound near Maine Street with operating under the influence after a motor vehicle stop.
Steven E. Hill, 56, of Brunswick, was charged at 1:02 p.m. Aug. 30 with domestic violence assault after police responded to a domestic disturbance on Maine Street. According to police, Hill and a 50-yearold female victim were arguing when Hill allegedly pushed the woman, causing her to fall.
Nicholas Quentin Moses, 32, of Brunswick, was charged at 2:12 a.m. Aug. 31 with operating under the influence after police responded to a motor vehicle crash.
Robert Alan Smith, 45, of Brunswick, was charged at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 31 on Pleasant Hill Road with domestic violence stalking and on a warrant charging violating conditions of his release after a follow-up investigation.
Joel C. Betz, 51, of Brunswick, was charged at 10:07 p.m. Sept. 1 on Oak Street with domestic violence terrorizing after police responded to a domestic disturbance. According to police, Betz allegedly threatened a 50- year-old female victim, causing her to fear being assaulted.
Summonses
Tracy Clark, 30, of Westport Island, was charged at 4:47 a.m. Aug. 28 on Route 1 southbound with possession of marijuana and operating with a suspended license.
Shawn M. Williams, 36, of West Bath, was charged at 4:25 p.m. Aug. 28 at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Sierra Still, 19, of Yarmouth, was charged at 11:27 p.m. Aug. 28 on outer Pleasant Street with possession of drug paraphernalia after a motor vehicle stop.
Alexandra Laurelez, 18 of Topsham, was charged at 6:47 p.m. Aug. 29 at Hannaford on Elm Street with criminal trespass after police responded to a complaint of theft. A 16-yearold female of Orr’s Island was also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, according to police.
Amanda Mae Ellison, 29 was charged at 5:58 p.m Aug. 30 on Maine Street near Key Bank with operating with a suspended or revoked license and failure to register a vehicle.
William James Charity, 23, of Brunswick, was charged at 11:54 p.m. Aug. 30 at the intersection of Union and Page streets with violating conditions of his release and operating with a suspended or revoked license.
Gabrielle E. Garland, 19, of Lisbon Falls, was charged at 11:56 p.m. Aug. 30 at Boody Street with being a minor transporting liquor after a motor vehicle stop.
