BRUNSWICK — Alex Bandouveres rushed for 190 yards and three touchdowns, with Will Bessey adding 100 yards and a score to carry the Brunswick High School football team to a season-opening 51-8 season opening win over Brewer on Friday.
Kyle Maillett had an interception for the Dragons, who are 1-0 and slated to host Gardiner this upcoming Friday at 7 p.m.
Josh Mays made a key play on defense, and Ricky Klatt’s solid blocking opened up huge holes for Dragon runners.
Cam Berry chipped in a touchdown for Brunswick, which led 35-8 at the half.
