University of Maine basketball coaches Bob Walsh and Richard Barron will join forces with Van Chancellor (formerly with LSU, Mississippi, Houston Comets) and Dean Lockwood (Tennessee assistant) to host a coaches’ clinic at Memorial Gym in Orono on Sept. 21. The clinic will run from noon to 6 p.m., with a social to follow. Cost is $75. There will be on-court demonstrations, “chalk talks” and more.
