BIDDEFORD — From Sept. 22 to Oct. 3, the Northern York Branch of the YMCA of Southern Maine, along with its three other sister branches, is opening its doors to the public to try out all it has to offer for free. This includes exercise classes, the gym and weight rooms, and pools.
This is being to done to encourage the public to make use of the Y’s programs and services to achieve better health and well being.
Anyone who takes up the offer and then becomes a member of the Y by Oct. 13 will be entered into a drawing for a free year’s membership.
