Arrests
Kevin Haycock, 23, of Brunswick was charged at 5:51 p.m. Sept. 8 with domestic violence assault, after police responded to a disturbance on Madeline Drive. According to police, Haycock allegedly pushed and threatened a 54-year-old female victim, and was transported to Cumberland County Jail.
Austin Hamilton Lemieux, 30, of Harpswell was charged at 10:48 p.m. Sept. 10 with operating under the influence after a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 northbound by Cook’s Corner.
Wendell F. Cressey, 52, of Bath was charged at 11:24 p.m. Sept. 10 with burglary, criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after police responded to a report of a burglary at the Long Shot Golf Range on Bath Road. Police said they were alerted to the alleged burglary by a person living above the business, who heard the sounds downstairs and confronted Cressey. Cressey was found to have allegedly gone through the cash drawer after having broken a window to enter the business.
Daniel G. Tonini, 55, of Cumberland was charged at 9:42 p.m. Sept. 14 on a warrant and was also summonsed for possession of marijuana after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Bath Road and Sills Drive.
Eddie N. Heard, 39, of Brunswick was charged at 1:26 p.m. Sept. 15 on a warrant after police responded to an alleged assault at Davis Court. According to police, Heard had been wanted for failing to appear in court. No one was charged in relation to the alleged assault.
Christina Marie Dibiase, 34, of Bath was charged with operating under the influence at 12:04 a.m. Sept. 18 after a motor vehicle stop on or near I295 northbound.
Brittany Mychelle Odom, 29, of Augusta was charged at 4:38 p.m. Sept. 18 on a warrant out of Augusta District Court for operating after suspension after a minor vehicle collision at the Fat Boy drive-in on Bath Road. Odom was also charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license by Brunswick Police.
Summonses
Angus Armstrong Smart, 31, of Poland was charged at 4:34 a.m. Sept. 18 with failing to register a motor vehicle, obstructing motor vehicle plates, and operating with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Mill and Pleasant streets.
