Arrests
Shawn Richard Pike, 35, of Brunswick, was charged at 12:43 a.m. Sept. 20 with operating under the influence and operating with a license revoked for habitual offenses. Pike was also wanted on a warrant out of Waldo County Superior Court for failing to appear for a hearing. Additionally, his probation was placed on hold after the OUI, according to police. The charges came after a motor vehicle stop on Maine Street near Bank of America, after an officer noted the “odor of intoxicating beverages,” according to Police Capt. Mark Waltz.
Melissa M. Cantrell, 44, of Brunswick, was charged at 12:57 a.m. Sept. 21 with domestic violence assault after police responded to a disturbance on Harpswell Road, and after a male victim reported being assaulted. The male was not treated for injuries, according to police. Cantrell was bailed and is scheduled to appear Nov. 18 at West Bath District Court.
John Francis McNulty, 31, of Somerville, Massachusetts, was charged at around 2 a.m. Sept. 21 with operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. According to police, McNulty had allegedly ran a red light in Cook’s Corner on Bath Road, striking another vehicle. McNulty was later stopped by police on Gurnet Road for violating a lane restriction at a traffic light, after which police noticed the odor of alcohol from McNulty’s car, according to police. Police said that McNulty’s vehicle matched the description of the one that struck the vehicle on Bath Road.
Jessica L. Harvey, 26, of Brunswick, was charged at 10:40 a.m. Sept. 22 at B Street on warrants out of Franklin and Rumford district courts for theft and for violating her bail conditions.
Peter W. Zacharewich, 31, of Waldoboro, was charged at 3:58 a.m. Sept. 23 on a warrant out of Androscoggin Superior Court for burglary and theft after a motor vehicle stop near the Circle K on Bath Road, according to police.
Donna Jean Taylor, 47, of Lisbon Falls, was charged at 1:01 a.m. Sept. 26 with operating under the influence after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of River and Lamb Farm roads.
Summonses
Elwin G. Page, 59, and Netti S. Page, 53, both of Richmond, were charged at 3:39 p.m. Sept. 19 with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, after police received a report of a theft at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive.
Andre R. Lopez, 26, of Brunswick, was charged at 4:24 p.m. Sept. 19 with possessing shorter-than-allowed quahogs at Lookout Point.
Shaun Arndt, 27, of Bowdon, was charged at 12:25 a.m. Sept. 20 with operating with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Mill and Swett streets.
Kristina J. Keef, 29, of Oakland, was charged at 3:08 p.m. Sept 20 with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, after police responded to a report of theft at Hannaford on Elm Street.
Theresa Beckwith, 36, of Brunswick, was charged at 12:03 p.m. Sept. 21 with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, after police responded to a theft at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive.
John Willis Haven, 39, whom police listed as a transient, was charged at 4:56 p.m. at Curtis Memorial Library with criminal trespassing.
